All referees need to have a current Volunteer Forms and Referee Certifications (training) to referee games.  

REMINDER TO FILE YOUR AYSO VOLUNTEER FORM:
 
You need to file an annual volunteer form with www.eayso.com.  GO ONLINE AND FILL OUT A FALL 2010 VOLUNTEER FOR ON eAYSO.  THIS MUST BE DONE FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A REFEREE.   Each year you MUST FILL OUT A NEW VOLUNTEER FORM. 

This is generally good for the fiscal year of August 1 through July 31.  Fill it out completely INCLUDING that you are a "referee" in the "I'M VOLUNTEERING FOR...." section.    Not assistant referee. It MUST include the referee position.

For adults: you MUST answer the disclosures near the bottom of the page.  
 
For Youth referees, there is a special form on eayso.  This needs to be filled out by the parent and signed by both parent and child.
