Welcome to AYSO Region 889
The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is a Nationwide non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs in a fun, family environment. AYSO Region 889 provides recreational soccer to over 1,600 boys and girls in grades K-12 in Aliso Viejo.

FALL 2008 REGISTRATION

SOCCERMANIA HAS HIT ALISO VIEJO REGION 889!!!!
Due to the numerous requests to register for Fall 2008 we are accepting mail-in registrations over the summer. All player applications accepted are considered late and will be placed on a waiting list unless submitted with a coaches' application, referee application or donation to Lakin Dickson Sponsorship Fund.
- Late registration fees: $125 per player; maximum of $325 per family.
- In order for your player to be registered, please complete the following steps:
- Download and completed a coach or referee application, or sponsorship donation form at www.ayso889.org.
- Complete player and volunteer application online at www.eAYSO.org.
- Mail two signed copies of each player and volunteer application form, one copy each of coach or referee application, or sponsorship donation form with your player registration fees to:

HELP REGION 889 HELP ONE OF OUR OWN
Lakin Dickson played for the Black Widows U10 Girls Soccer team this past fall. In early February, 2008, Lakin was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a malignant tumor of the smooth muscle. Lakin will receive chemotherapy and radiation treatments for the next few months at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles on an outpatient basis.
Region 889 is asking its generous families to support the Dickson family. Please mail checks to AYSO, Region 889, 26895 Aliso Creek Road, Suite B196, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656-5301. Please also write "Lakin Dickson" on the memo line. Finally, Region 889 has decided to accept $100 donations in lieu of a volunteer commitment for the Fall, 2008 season.
