THE FOLLOWING EXPLAINS THE PROCESS FOR ANY CHILD THAT HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN PRE-REGISTERED
USING eAYSO IN REGION 889. IF YOU HAVE NEVER PRE-REGISTERED YOUR CHILD VIA eAYSO
Summary of Steps

Login to the eAYSO website and pre-register (update) the player; print and sign a copy of the completed forms

Update your volunteer in eAYSO (please); print and sign 3 copies of the completed forms

Bring all the completed forms and a check for the fees to registration day
Step 1 - Online Pre-Registration at eAYSO.org

Go to eAYSO.org and login with your email address and password

On the Welcome page, select Application for returning player

Select the player from the Player name column

Update the information on the six Tab Steps, and click I agree

On the main menu screen, you can now add any additional players (or update returning players)

On the main menu screen, click on Print player form, select a player's name to generate, and print out 3 copies of the 2-page form ; click Back

Print the forms for any other players; click Back

Bring the signed copy of the pre-registration form (for each player) to one of our Fall 2012 registration dates.
Step 3 - Online Volunteer Registration

Go to eAYSO.org

Login with the email address and password you used in Player pre-registration above

On the main menu screen, Update volunteer information or Apply as a new adult volunteer

Fill in all of the information, submit the info, print two copies of the volunteer form and bring them to registration day.
