Fall 2012 Registration 

Welcome to AYSO Region 889's Fall 2012 registration page.  We have made several improvements to make the process easier for you!!

PLAYER FEES
  • May 15, 2012 - $135 per player; maximum of $340 for families with 3 or more players

 

 

KEYS TO MAKE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS EASIER FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
  • Use our online system to select your 2012 volunteer position
  • Use our online system to fill our your receipt in advance
  • Use eAYSO to register your players!
  • Use eAYSO to to fill out a volunteer appliction to coach or referee
  
 
STEP 1: FILL OUT ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE
 
Fill out a few basic questions and you will receive an email with your payment receipt, Fall 2012 volunteer position, Zero Tolerance Policy and AVCA Field Waiver. 
 
 
 
STEP 2: FILL OUT PLAYER REGISTRATION FORMS ONLINE THROUGH eAYSO
 
 
STEP 3: PLAN ON BEING A COACH OR REF?  FILL OUT VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
 
If you have previously volunteered, please log into eAYSO and update your volunteer application.  Then print 3 copies.
 
 
 
STEP 4: COACHING?  WHAT DIVISION?
 
CLICK HERE TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS SO WE KNOW WHAT DIVISION YOU WANT TO COACH IN.
 

Upon checking in, you will be directed to a specific table where your player(s) registration forms will be stamped with your volunteer position. You then may proceed directly to our checkout area.

This age guide is for games and competitions that begin on or after Aug. 1, 2012.
